How to register for Mobile & Online Banking

Important information before you begin:

You'll need:
  • Your HSBC sort code & account number, credit card number or your InvestDirect account number.
  • Your Telephone Security Number. If you’re new to HSBC, you should receive it in the post within a few days.

    *If you’ve forgotten your Telephone Security Number and need to reset it, please call us on 03456 404 404.*

The easiest way to register for mobile and online banking is by downloading the HSBC UK Mobile Banking app. To continue online, select ‘Register for Online Banking’.
